We write about money and we make money ourselves. Here is how.

What that means for our recommendations

We do not recommend something because it pays the highest commission. The order in a comparison follows the merits, and where a provider without an affiliate programme is better, it still comes first – without an asterisk, because we earn nothing from it.

What we do not do: paid articles without labelling, bought test wins, invented testimonials. If an article was paid for, it says so at the top, not at the bottom.

Who we work with

No affiliate programme is active at present. As soon as that changes it will appear here, before the first link.

And when we get it wrong

Then we correct it and say what was wrong. Quietly swapping the number would be easier, and it is exactly why people do not believe finance sites.
